Yes! We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping (5–12 business days) on all orders. If you'd like faster delivery, we also offer Express Shipping for £5.00 (3–5 business days).
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, standard delivery takes 5–12 business days, or 3–5 business days with Express Shipping.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Europe (7–15 business days) and internationally (10–20 business days). Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Some pet care items may not be eligible for return once opened, for hygiene reasons. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
